Watch & Clock repairs
We are fortunate to have a skilled watchmaker on our team who alongside servicing can usually find replacement parts if needed as well as perform case restoration and bracelet repairs.
We can also have your watch dial restored and refill any missing luminescent material to the hands and markers. You also receive a full 1-year mechanical guarantee (subject to terms and conditions).
We also have an experienced clockmaker who will repair most kinds of clocks from fusee station clocks, mantle clocks, carriage clocks, grandfather and long case. He can usually also restore clock cases and replace glass.
In many cases, our quote will include setting up at the client’s residence (provided they are relatively local to us in Wimborne).
This also comes with a guarantee (dependent on clock age).

Description
The Omega Speedmaster Professional is perhaps the most iconic chronograph ever made. Known worldwide as the “Moonwatch,” it was flight-qualified by NASA and famously worn on all manned space missions, including the Apollo 11 moon landing in 1969.
This reference, the 3570.50, features the classic design that enthusiasts cherish: a black dial with white markers and hands, triple sub-register layout, and a Hesalite crystal. The engraved caseback proudly declares its historic role: “Flight-Qualified by NASA for All Manned Space Missions – The First Watch Worn on the Moon.”
The 42mm stainless steel case houses the hand-wound calibre 1861, a direct descendant of the legendary calibre 321 used in the Speedmasters that accompanied astronauts to the Moon.
This example, from 2005, remains in strong condition with its original bracelet and comes as a complete set — a highly desirable feature for collectors.

A Short History of the Omega Speedmaster
Introduced in 1957 as a racing chronograph, the Speedmaster quickly transitioned from motorsport to space exploration. In 1965, after rigorous testing, NASA certified the Speedmaster for all manned space missions. Four years later, it cemented its place in history when Buzz Aldrin wore his Speedmaster on the lunar surface during Apollo 11.
Since then, the Speedmaster Professional has remained in production virtually unchanged, a timeless reminder of human achievement and enduring watch design
