Here we have a stunning ladies cocktail watch with a white gold case and bracelet and diamond set bezel/joining links. This is a delicate watch from the 1940s and would complete a dressy attire perfectly well
The enamel dial shows a light patina with blued steel hands and painted black numerals, bordered by a minute track.
The white gold case has a diamond set bezel with a decorative pattern along the sides of the case. This is in roriginal unpolished condition.
The bracelet has a matte finish centre links with polished outer links and princess cut diamonds set in the joining links.
This fits a wrist of 6.5 iches with a slightly smaller setting available on the clasp. This is fully hallmarked and dates the gold to London 1943.
The case back has a brushed finish in excellent condition.
The manually wound movement is stamped B&M, is clean and keeps excellent time.
The crown winds, pulls out and sets time p perfectly well.
This is presented in it's original fitted Mappin and Webb leather case, also in good vintage condition.
