Omega Automatic Cal 1155
Here we have a fine example of a 90s Omega Speedmaster. The Speedmaster line is a varied range and includees the 'Professional' line and 'Reduced' line. The main differences are the size (41mm and 39mm respectively). The Professional models are also typically manually wound while the reduced models are automatic. This example is a reduced model. While a number of chronograph movements were used in these reduced models this particular reference uses a modified ETA 7750. Other models look more like the professioal range and use a slim ETA movement with a chronograph module ontop.
This model has a black dial with steel lume filled hands and applied baton hour markers and date aperture at 3. This has a subtle ring on which the hour markers sit and can be seen in the light.
This has a stainless steel tachymeter bezel on a brushed steel case.
The bracelet is also brushed with polished tracks and a deployant clasp. This currently fits a large wrist.
Sapphire crystal and snap on case back.
This watch uses the Omega automatic cal 1155 (ETA 7750 base).
This has 25 jewels and a 46 hour power reserve.
Frequency of 28,800bph.
This watch is in remarkably good condition with very minimal wear to the case, dial, crystal and bracelet. The movement is clean and recently serviced so keeps excellent time.
