Here we have a uniquely designed jumbo Omega Seamaster with a 42mm case (widest point), linen textured dial and original bracelet.
This watch has a very 70s look to it and was a very large watch for the period it was produced in. The dial is set back from the crystal with a fairly deep chapter ring.
The dial has a linen texture and sits under pencil hands and applied hour markers. The movement is seen more commonly in 60s watches (cal 565) and features the quickset date feature which is done by repeatedly pulling out the crown into second position.
The original bracelet is in remarkably good condition with minimal stretching.
Screw down case back displaying the Seamaster hippocampus and original crown.
This watch uses the Omega automatic cal 565.
This has 24 jewels and a 50 hour power reserve.
The frequency is 19,800bph.
The crystal is scratch free while the case and braceet show light wear. There is some small laquer peel at the very bottom of the dial.
