Movement Omega Automatic Cal 501
Case material:

Gold Plated

Ref 2846/8

Here we have a 1950s Omega Seamaster with a gold plated case and 'Beefy lugs' and is the classic Seamaster design of the 1950s. The dial drops away slightly where the numbers sit giving it a two tone look with applied gilt dagger hour markers and dauphine hands.

The case is 34mm  and interestingly has the same crown type used on 50s Constellations,

While many Seamasters had screw down backs this one has a snap on case back with 'Seamaster' inscribed to the top. This watch also has it's original Omega crystal with the symbol in the centre.

We have fitted a quality black leather strap with gold plated pin buckle.

Water resistance is not guaranteed with any of our vintage watches.

Condition Report

The watch appears in very good original condition. The second hand is likely a replacement Omega hand though the dial shows ageing and is the original. The case, caseback and crystal are all in excellent condition with minimal wear. Movement clean and keeping good time.
