Gold Plated

Ref 135.031

Here we have a 1969 Omega with a 34mm tonneau shaped 34mm gold plated case. They made this reference in both steel and gold plate however, this example is a little different as it has a gold tone dial with Breguet style printed numerals. The dial is genrally quite minimalistic with no minute track and no lume present on the leaf shape hands. This is also unique to this dial design because the baton marker dials had lume filled stick hands whereas the Breguet numeral dials had more delicate leaf hands.

The case is a tonneau shape with short thick lugs and brushed finish with polished finish sides. The caseback is a stainless steel screw down.

The crystal and crown both appear to have been replaced at some point but a both a very good match.

This is fitted to an aftermarket strap with an Omega buckle.
