Here we have a fine example of an early 70s Omega with a matte silver dial, 35mm gold plated case and a bordered date aperture at 3 o'clock. The dial on this watch is very clean with minimal ageing and no obvious deterioration to the lume on the hands and hour marker dots. This has an applied logo (this was soon changed to printed logos).
The gold plated case is in excellent condiition with the plating not wearing through at all and only showing very light signs of use. Stainless steel screw down case back.
The crown is the original Omega one
The automatic cal 1481 has been serviced by us so is clean and keeping excellent time.
We have fitted a new black leather strap to this watch.
This watch uses the Omega Automatic Cal 1481.
This has 21 jewels and a power reserve of 42 hours.
Frequency of 21,600bph.
This watch is in excellent condition.
The crystal has been replaced and is scratch free. The case shows only very light wear. The dial is clean with minimal ageing.
The movement is clean and serviced and the strap is new and unuaed.
