9kt Yellow Gold

Here we have a superb example of a 1960s Omega automatic, with a polished gold case, workhorse automatic movement and nicely aged dial.

This timepiece boasts a 34mm case, with a snap on back, slightly turned down lugs and an aftermarket gold plated crown.

The champagne dial is relatively simplistic with gilt bation markers, pencil hands and a bordered quick set date aperture at 3.

This has plexiglass crystal and fairly thick lugs. This watch is quite versatile and is not a strict dress watch (2 hands, no date and thin case) neither is it as sporty as a Seamaster. (screw down back, more lume etc).

The cal 565 is a little unique with regards to the quick set date. the date is set by pulling the crown out into position 2 repeatedly.

This watch is accompanied with it's original box and paperwork (box missing C shape holder).

We have fitted a quality brown leather strap.
