Here we have the kind of watch we are always on the lookout for, a beautiful 1963 Longines presentation watch in stunning condition. This has a very clean dial with gilt dauphine hands and dagger hour markers.
The case diameter measures 33.3mm and has a snap on case back with a presentation inscription. The dial shows some very small signs of age. There is a running seconds sub dial at 6 and a simple minute track bordering the dial.
The lugs are quite long and straight and give the watch a larger presence on the wrist than t's 33.5mm width would suggest.
This is a classic gold dress watch which will never go out of style.
This watch uses the Longines manually wound cal 30L
This has 17 jewels and a 43 hour power reserve.
Frequency of 18,000 bph.
The watch case and crystal have very minimal wear, while the dial shows a couple oof age related marks. Replacement gold crown.
