18kt Yellow Gold
Here we are lucky to present to you a beautiful 18kt yellow gold cased Jaeger-LeCoultre, with a very minimalistic Cartier dial. This is a very high quality piece in a bright gold case however what is possibly most charming is that it dossn't scream 'look at me!' but takes on a more subtle and elegant design.
This has all the characteristics of what a dress watch should be. It is minimalistic, with a plain white dial and no seconds hand. The printed black hour markers are thin and unobtrusive and the stick hands are typical of Cartier and seen in many of their vintage and newer models.
The case is also pefect for a dressy attire. measuring with a diameter of 34mm and a height of 6mm it is slim enough to slide under the cuff of any shirt. Another design featutre to be noticed is the crown, which is slim and fits almost seamlessy into the case. The lugs are straight, but delicate with a teardrop side profile, 2 of which display some hallmarks.
The movement is a manually wound Jaeger-LeCoultre. You can find JLC movements in many high end vintage watchmakers such as Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet and Vacheron Constantin.
As always this has been fully serviced and keeps excellent time.
This brand did not always stamp the cal number onto a visible part of the movement frustratingly.
This has a frequency of 18000bph and keeps time to within 5 seconds a day
The dial is very clean, a new crystal has been fitted and the case has had a light hand polish.
Very minor wear may be visible as standard on all vintage tmepieces.
Water resistance is not guaranteed and exposure to water is certainly not recommended.
