Here on offer we have a beautiful Baume and Mercier chronograph, using a modified version of the famous Valjoux 7750. What makes this watch more exclusive however is that it was retailed by Tiffany & Co and bears the iconic name at 3 o'clock.
The dial is a deep blue, with the running seconds at 9 and the chronograph dials at 12 and 6. The numerals are large and white making this easily readable at a glance. There is a quick set calender at 3.
The sword style steel hands are large and filled with whitish lume.
The case is stainless steel measuring 38.5mm wth domed sapphire crystal and an 'Oyster' style screw down case back. This has thick straight lugs, which give this watch a more sporty utilitarian look. The chronograph pushers are wide and do not stick out of the watch an awful lot, therefore keeping the case less obtrusive on the wrist.
We have fitted a new black padded leather strap to this watch with a stainless steel pin buckle. The original deployant clasp is also included with this watch.
This watch uses the Baume and Mercier Cal BM13750 (which is a modified Valjoux/ETA 7750)
This has a power reserve of 46 hours.
Frequency of 28,800bph.
We have given the case a light polish though some light signs of wear are visible though no dinks or deep scratches. The sapphire crystal is scratch free. The movement has been recently serviced and is clean and keeping excellent time.
Water resistance not guaranteed.
